Eric Simon - equicoach and equine specialist
The coach
After a successful 20-year career in the energy sector, holding executive positions in subsidiaries of major European groups abroad, I decided in 2018 to change careers and combine my passion for horses with helping people.
I first trained as an Equine Specialist (professional in assisting vulnerable populations with horses) before training as an Equicoach (professional in horse-assisted coaching for corporate audiences). This dual role as Equine Specialist/Equicoach ensures you receive genuine horse-assisted coaching.
Why Kairos Equicoaching?
Horses live in Kairos time, not in Chronos time. They are deeply rooted in the present moment, here and now.
The ancient Greeks distinguished between Chronos time - the passing time, the time of the clock or our calendar - and Kairos time, the opportune time, the propitious time.
In an era where we live mostly in Chronos time and feel like we're losing touch, it's interesting to live in Kairos time, anchoring ourselves in the present to better understand ourselves.
