Equicoaching is a form of coaching assisted by horses, which, by tapping into our emotional intelligence, allows access to the fundamentals of management.
It's an approach that helps better understand our spontaneous communication patterns and develop our managerial skills.
The awareness arising from the interactions between humans and horses lead to transformations applicable to human relationships in both professional and personal contexts. This innovative method harnesses the power of horses as coaching partners to enhance leadership, communication, and personal confidence.

The horse doesn't cheat, nor does it play a role. It expresses its inner state in real time, just as it perceives ours. Never judgmental, always impactful!

Methodology
I rely on the methodology developed by Guillaume Antoine, a true visionary and pioneer of equicoaching in France. It is with him and Béatrice Simkins (© Campus Horses and Coaching) that I trained in the profession of equicoach.

After a period of information and demonstration, you will connect with a free horse
Session process
Your goal will be to establish a relationship of shared trust with this horse to whom you will make requests. The level of the horse's adherence to your requests will provide real-time feedback on the quality of your managerial communication. Together, we will then proceed to analyse the experience and transpose it into the professional world.
