The horse informs us!
Better understand our spontaneous communication modes
Equicoaching is a coaching process assisted by the horse, that engages our emotional intelligence, allowing access to the fundamentals of management.
The awareness arising from the interactions between humans and horses lead to transformations applicable to human relationships in both professional and personal contexts.

Testimonials

I had my first equicoaching session in Paris with Eric and the team a few weeks ago. I didn't have any expectations or particular apprehension but equally no knowledge of horses and of their behaviours. What an extraordinary experience to feel the trust growing between Etna (the horse I intereacted with) and myself during our time together and observed how she was reacting to my own intentions and leadership style. A life-affirming moment, I'd highly recommend and I'm grateful to have had the chance to experiment this new learning experience. Thank you!

Participating in an equicoaching session with Eric was an incredible and enriching experience. His compassionate approach allowed me to connect deeply with the horses, facilitating awareness about my communication and self-confidence. Eric skillfully translates interactions with horses into life lessons, offering valuable insights into human behavior. I highly recommend his sessions to anyone looking to develop personally in a unique and inspiring setting. Thank you, Eric, for this exceptional adventure!

Thank you again, Eric, for this great day. At first, you you think you are participating in a team building, a good time among colleagues, and then back home you talk about it, you rewind the session, and you realise that you have experienced something rare. You think back about your horse... whom you miss.
